Prepare knowledge base

1. Go to Jay Knowledge Hub.

   tip

   Jay Knowledge Hub and Conversational Cloud use a shared account base, so if you are registered on Conversational Cloud, you do not need to register additionally on Jay Knowledge Hub.

2. Create a project.

3. Add sources and index the knowledge base. See the Jay Knowledge Hub documentation for instructions on preparing the knowledge base.

After that, you can connect your knowledge base to JAICP.
